These are really gorgeous: a pair of wonderful old "Dorma" single (twin) bed flat sheets, each one measuring 70 inches by 96 inches. Each one has a woven label which says "The Dorma Make, Guaranteed" and I think they have hardly been used, if at all. They arrived in a very dusty condition, but I have laundered them and they are beautiful. They are woven in a dense "herringbone" weave, which I have photographed in close-up to give you some idea of the quality. (NB the closeup looks blue, but they are in fact white sheets with a very very slightly creamy appearance!)  - it gives them the texture and feel of linen although I am pretty sure that the Dorma label means they are probably pure Lancashire cotton. They will, I've afraid, be very expensive to send overseas, so I am starting them at a reasonable price.
