This is a no name, 2 row button accordion. Diatonic in the keys of D and G, 21 treble buttons, 8 bass buttons, with two reeds per note, metallic grill, 17 fold bellows, black wooden box with elaborate gold leaf painted design and bright metal corner plates, with D-rings and single shoulder strap, similar to a Hohner/Vienna model. Made in Germany.
This is a used accordion that makes beautiful music. The outside suitcase has wear and tear on it just from moving from house to house and from shipping on the airlines. The actual accordion, does show signs of wear but just from use. The only wear that I see is on a few of the treble buttons where the black paint has worn off of the wood next to the buttons. There is also a couple of worn spots on the corner of the accordion where the paint has also rubbed off. On the inside of the suitcase is my grandfathers name and wear it shows a lot of wear and tear from usage, and on the bass-side his name is written small at the bottom. I have tried to take his name off and it has rubbed off quite some. This is a beautiful sounding instrument.
